If you’ve been waiting to get your hands on one of Amazon’s new smart speakers with Alexa, great news – Echo and its voice service Alexa have arrived. We’re now ready to fully launch the Aviva experience to Amazon Echo and Alexa devices.

Now you can get answers to common insurance questions just by asking Alexa, “Alexa, ask Aviva an insurance question.” Whether you have a general insurance question like, “What is a deductible?” or you need assistance finding a broker, Aviva makes it easy to get the help you need.
