Fake correspondence with Aviva Canada markings currently circulating

Consumers are advised of a current fraud scheme, using the Aviva Canada logo, address and name. Letters that are designed to look like they have come from a law firm in Spain are currently circulating with the promise of a large payout from an estate sharing the same last name as the addressee. The letters ask the recipient to contact them for more details.

Please note that this is a fraud scheme designed to defraud consumers of money. Despite the use of our address and logo, we have no connection to this proposed transaction or any transaction that are similar.
